中文摘要: 常规岛主厂房是连接核岛的重要结构,其体系复杂、各种工艺设备管道布置众多、荷载大、刚度和荷载分布不均匀。在地震作用下,极易造成严重的结构破坏。本课题在深入研究传统钢结构与钢筋混凝土结构体系核电厂常规岛主厂房的基础上,提出采用SRC结构体系作为核电厂常规岛主厂房的承力体系,旨在提高结构的抗震性能、变形能力。通过拟动力试验,研究结构在强震作用下的内力分布规律、破坏机理和模式、变形和耗能及刚度退化规律、塑性铰分布和结构体系薄弱部位,并通过动力非线性地震反应时程分析验证。进行特殊节点和关键节点拟静力试验,研究其传力机理和破坏形态。最后确立核电厂常规岛主厂房SRC结构体系地震作用计算方法、抗震设计方法及构造措施。研究成果将为核电厂常规岛SRC结构体系主厂房的设计提供建议、指导并能进一步完善核电厂设计行业规程。

英文摘要: Main power house of the conventional island is one of the important structure connecting nuclear island, who has complex structure system、many process equipment pipes、 large load and uneven -distribution stiffness. Severely damage will be caused in this structure under seismic action. In order to improve the seismic performance and deformation capacity of main power house of the conventional island,the project proposed using SRC structure as the load-bearing system after studying the traditional steel and reinforced concrete structures.Through pseudo-dynamic test, study distribution of internal force、failure mechanism and mode、deformation、energy dissipation、stiffness degradation、plastic hinges and weak parts of the SRC structure main power house during earthquakes.The test results will be verified by nonlinear dynamic time-history analysis. Then,using the quasi-static test to study the transfer mechanism and failure mode of the special joints and key joints.Finally, establish design、calculation and construction measures of SRC structure main power house. All the research results will be applied in the design of SRC structure main power house and further improve the seismic design regulations of nuclear power plant.
