中文摘要: 作为清洁能源的一种形式,风力发电目前在全世界受到了高度关注。国外研究表明,风力发电场对于航管监视雷达有严重影响,进而可能威胁民航飞行安全。近年来我国风力发电装机容量呈指数增长,总装机容量2010年已跃居世界第一位,风力发电场威胁民航安全的可能性正不断增大。本项目一方面研究如何评估风力发电场对航管监视雷达的影响,主要研究内容包括:建立定性与定量影响评估模型,研制影响评估软件系统;另一方面重点研究航管监视雷达抑制风力发电场干扰所面临的特殊技术难题,主要研究内容包括:风电场雷达回波信号高保真仿真,风电场散射电磁信号特征提取,航管监视雷达风电场干扰抑制算法。本项研究将填补我国在相关研究领域的空白,对于指导未来风力发电场和航管监视雷达的选址,保障民航飞行安全将发挥重要作用。有关成果也可应用于军航飞行的安全保障。

英文摘要: As a source of clean energy wind power has attracted great interests around the world. Recent research reveals that wind farms have serious impacts on Air Traffic Control (ATC) radars, which may threaten flight safety in aviation. In recent years the capacity of installed wind farms in China has increased exponentially and in 2010 the total capacity leaped to the first place in the world. Consequently, wind farms tend to be a larger threat for flight safety in China. In the present work we study on the evaluation of the wind farms impacts on ATC radars on one hand. In particular, models for qualitative and quantitative evaluation will be constructed and correspondingly an evaluation software is to be developed. On the other hand, problems in mitigating the interference induced by wind farms will be solved. This is the focus of the work. Within this framework the simulation of radar echo signals of wind farms and signature extraction of electromagnetic field scattered by wind farms will be performed. Algorithm for mitigating the interference created by wind farms is to be developed. Our work will fill the blanks of related field in China.
