中文摘要: 本项目运用原子层沉积法在TiO2和N/ TiO2上掺杂一系列多金属纳米颗粒。根据原子层沉积单原子逐次沉积的特点,改变掺杂金属的比例和沉积顺序,可以改变掺杂金属的形态结构;这是原子层沉积法带来的独特优势。然后再对制得的一系列复合TiO2 纳米材料进行表征和光催化性能的研究,并运用量子化学计算,来掌握掺杂材料对TiO2光催化性能的影响及其机理,为以后设计更优良的TiO2光催化剂提供依据,以期使TiO2光催化剂在环境治理、水分解产氢、自清洁材料、医疗治癌等方面的应用中发挥更大的作用。

英文摘要: A series of multi-metal nanoparticles will be doped on TiO2 and N/TiO2 surface via atomic layer deposition method. According to the layer by layer feature of atomic layer deposition, the doping sequence and loading ratio of multi metals will be adjusted in order to produce different configurations for the same metals. This is a superior benefit arisen from the use of atomic layer deposition method. After the synthesis, the effect of the doping metals on the photoactivity of TiO2 will be studied through experimental characterization, photoactivity measurement, and quantum simulation. With all this study, we hope that this project could provide reference for the future design of TiO2 photocatalyst, and therefore contributes to the wide application of TiO2 in many fields such as environment remediation, hydrogen generation, self-cleaning and cancer treatment.
