中文摘要: 提出一种适用于无掩膜电解加工自由曲面表面织构的新方法,突破目前无掩膜电解加工表面织构仅适用于平面或简单柱面的瓶颈问题。采用掺杂了活性催化剂的软性聚合物,通过激光活化和后续的化学镀铜工艺在软性聚合物材料表面上制作导电织构图形,再通过反拷与背衬处理,快速制备电解加工曲面表面织构的柔性电极;通过曲面展平技术,把曲面织构图形映射到平面模板,降低电极制造的复杂程度,适应曲面表面织构的多样性需求;采用脉冲电解加工,实现曲面表面织构的转印过程。研究分析激光加工参数对材料表面粗化、微融效果;分析材料表面微观形貌、粗糙度、活化中心暴露形态对化学镀速度、镀层结合力、均匀性的影响,优化激光能量参数;研究解决曲面展平时的内蕴几何保持性问题;通过活性催化添加剂纳米化,研究分析添加剂粒径对镀层质量的影响;试验分析电解加工表面织构的特殊工艺规律。通过本项目,研究解决无掩膜电解加工曲面表面织构的关键问题。

英文摘要: Put forward a new method suitable for maskless electrochemical free-form surface texturing,to break through the bottleneck problem for the present electrochemical texturing which applies only for plan or simple cylinder.A kind of modified soft polymer with active catalyst is used, then excitated by laser radiation and copper plating,the conductive texture geometry is make up on the soft polymer material surface. Rapid preparation of the flexible electrode for electrochemical texturing is realized by copying and backing process.The surface flattening algorithm is developed for curved surface texture mapping to plane,to reduce the complexity of electrode making,and to meet with the requirement of diversity of surface texture.Pulse electrochemical machining is adopted to complete surface texture transfer process from elecrode surface to workpiece.The effects of laser processing parameters on the material surface coarsening, micro melting are studied.The influence of the material surface microstructure, roughness, the form of activation center exposed on copper plating speed, bonding strength, uniformity is analysed, in order to optimize laser energy parameters.Research effort is focused on how to solve the problem of the constantness of intrinsic geometric before and after surface flattening.Through nanocrystallization of catalytic additive, the effect of particle size of additives on the quality of the plating is analyzed. Experimental research is carried out to investigate the characteristic of the electrochemical texturing process.Through this project, research work is done to solve the key problems of electrochemical texturing for free-form surface.
