中文摘要: 人类活动(如:核武器试验、核电站事故、核污染排放等)产生的放射性核素Pu对环境具有长期的放射毒性和化学毒性。潮滩环境植被对核素Pu的迁移机制是研究海陆交互作用和核素对环境影响的关键问题之一。本项研究选择江苏北部潮滩为研究区,用高分辨率ICP-MS方法对江苏潮滩典型被(互花米草等)、沉积物和近岸海水中的放射性核素Pu及其存在状态进行分析;采用实验室栽培的方式,对潮滩典型被(互花米草等)从水和沉积物中吸收和转移Pu进行模拟,对其中影响和控制Pu迁移的的元素、离子和有机组分含量等因素进行分析,阐明互花米草等典型植被在潮滩环境中对核素吸附和转移的特征和机制;并在研究区域内设计小范围的海洋工程措施进行实地验证。为使用生态修复工程技术在海岸带进行大面积低浓度的放射性污染物质的治理提供理论基础。

英文摘要: Originated from the anthropogenic activities (such as, nuclear weapon tests, nuclear power plant accidents and wastes ), the radionuclides plutonium (Pu) compose long term radio-toxicity and chemical-toxicity for the environment. The migration mechanism of radionuclides Pu by vegetations in the tidal flats is a key factor for research the land-sea interaction in coastal areas, and the radionuclides influences in the environment. This study chose the the north Jiangsu tidal flats as a study area, using high resolution ICP-MS, to analyze the Pu characteristics and the speciation in the nearshore sea waters, sediments and typical vegetations (Spartina alterniflora)at the tidal flats. The typical vegetations (Spartina alterniflora) in the laboratory were cultivated as an approach to simulate the migration of Pu from seawater and sediments to the vegetations, to discuss the effect of the elements, cations, organic matters, and the other controlling factors, which limit the migration of Pu in the vegetations, to understand the absorption and transfer characteristics and mechanism of Pu in the Spartina alterniflora and other typical vegetations.
