中文摘要: 本课题面向复杂背景下伪装隐蔽目标的红外偏振探测识别应用,围绕基于红外偏振信息目标探测识别中的关键问题,重点开展目标红外偏振信息表征与增强方法的研究。本项目的研究思路为:①基于复杂背景下典型目标的红外偏振图像,开展红外偏振信息表征方法研究,对不同起偏方向下的红外偏振信息进行分析,并在此基础上实现红外偏振特征的数学描述和表征参数估计;②依据虚拟极化适配原理,开展基于非线性滤波的最优偏振态估计和基于互相关的自适应背景对消等两种虚拟变偏振方法研究,实现背景抑制、目标增强。本课题的创新之处在于将先进极化理论和红外偏振特征相结合,探索红外偏振图像处理的新理论和新方法,为解决红外制导、机载探测等系统面临的复杂干扰环境下目标探测识别问题提供新的思路和方法。

英文摘要: With the camouflage target detection and recognition applications based on infrared (IR) polarization information under complex environment, in this project we study the key problems for IR plolarization target detection and recognition, especially the problem of IR polarization representation and image enhancement. The research approaches include: ① The representation method of infrared polarization information will be researched using IR polarization images of typical targets under complex background. Based on the analysis of targets' IR polarization information under diferent polorized angle, the mathematical description and parameter estimation method of targets' infrared polarization information will be realized. ② Based on the virtual polarization adaption theory, two adaptive virtual polarization changing filters will be studied, one is based on the nonlinear filtering optimal polarization parameters estimation and the other is based on the adaptive background cancellation using cross-correlation method. The filters will be used to impove signal-to-clutter/noise ratio of the infrared polarization images.
