中文摘要: 有机场效应晶体管是以有机半导体材料作为活性层的电子器件,有机半导体层的性质是影响器件性能特别是迁移率的最主要因素,因此设计合成新型高性能有机半导体材料并研究有机半导体层性质(分子结构、聚集态结构等)对器件性能的影响,对揭示材料的本征性能和制备综合性能优异的晶体管器件具有非常重要的意义,然而,目前基于这一方面的系统研究仍较为缺乏。研究表明,稠环分子由于较强的分子间作用力形成良好的固态堆积而表现出良好的性能,成为有机晶体管材料研究的热点。本申请在综合文献和申请人以往工作的基础上,设计合成新型苯并二噻吩类稠环分子,在不同基底上(不同材料修饰或不同绝缘层)构筑薄膜、微纳单晶器件,测试其器件性能,采用原子力显微镜(AFM)、掠入射X射线衍射(GIXD)、选区电子衍射(SAED)等方法对分子自身结构(杂原子、烷基链位置等)、聚集态结构、分子排列方式等与器件性能的关系这一基本科学问题开展研究。

英文摘要: Organic field-effect transistors, an electronic device, employ organic semiconductors as the active layers. Characters of the organic semiconductor layers are the crucial factors of the device performance, especially for the mobility. Therefore, design and synthesis of high-performance organic semiconductors and researches on the relationship of the organic semiconductor layers (such as molecule structure, aggregation structure, etc.) and the device performance are extremely important. This is benefit to reveal the materials intrinsic properties and the fabricate of the outstanding transistors. However, it is still scarce for the system study on the field. It has been demonstrated that fused-rings molecule usually possess good performance due to the relatively stronger intermolecular interactions and good solid state aggregation, which make them become a hottopic in the field of organic transistors. Based on the literatures and our previous works, we will start our project from design and synthesis new type of fused-rings thienoacene molecules. Then, the thin film and micro-nano single crystal devices will be fabricated on the different substrate (modified with different materials or adopted different insulators), following with the testing of the device performance.
