中文摘要: 内蒙古乌梁素海是黄河流域最大的淡水湖泊,是我国三大灌区之一河套灌区的重要组成部分,是一个重要的具有生物多样性的湿地生态系统。目前,富营养化严重且日益加剧。乌梁素海底泥富集大量营养元素和重金属等污染物,是重要的污染内源。本项目充分利用现有的研究成果和湖泊水环境及区域水文、气象因素长期定位的监测、取样资料,以沉积物生物地球化学特征为研究内容,分析沉积物生物地球化学过程与水体环境之间的响应关系;研究沉积物中营养盐的组成、来源、成因、演变过程以及不同环境影响和扰动作用下,营养元素和重金属元素不同形态的迁移转化规律、分解合成过程的生物地球化学机理;建立多变量反应-运移模型和PHREEQC的耦合模型,模拟疏浚前后底泥对水质的影响和湖泊底泥生物地球化学过程对水环境的响应。同时,对湖泊底泥资源进行生态风险评价和利用效应研究,为乌粱素海综合治理开发利用提供理论和技术指导。

英文摘要: Wulaingsuhai lake is the largest freshwater lake in the Yellow River watershed,the valuable biodiversity wetland and the important component of the Hetao Irrigation Area which is one of the 3 largest irrigation areas in China.The lake is in hypertrophic state and getting more and more serious. There are abundant pollutants such as nutrient and heavy metal elements in the sediment of Wuliangsuhai lake, and the pollutants become the critical important internal sources.Based on the previous research and the long term observation and sampling data and information of lake environment and regional hydrological and climate, the biogeochemical characteristics of the lake sediment will be studied, the response relationship between sediment biogeochemical process and water environment will be analyzed; the compositions, origination,occurrence,diagenesis and transformation process of the sediment and the reactive and transport mechanisms of nutrient and heavy metal elements in different morphological states under different environment and disturbance conditions as well as the biogeochemical process of decomposing and synthetic process will be dealt with.
