中文摘要: 非常规天然气(致密气和页岩气)储层一般呈现低孔隙度、低渗透率、低孔喉半径等特征,气流阻力大,水力压裂是实现商业开采的常用手段。但水力压裂存在水敏、储层污染等一系列问题。超临界二氧化碳压裂是一种经济有效的压裂新方法,并具有减排优势。本项目针对非常规天然气储层超临界二氧化碳压裂改造工程中的关键科学问题,通过攻关,揭示超临界二氧化碳在非常规天然气储层中的滤失规律,建立储层中超临界二氧化碳压裂液滤失描述的数学方程;基于避免储层伤害的原则,探索出超临界二氧化碳压裂液增粘方法;建立裂缝内增粘后不同超临界二氧化碳压裂液体系中支撑剂的二维非稳态输送方程,给出支撑剂在裂缝中的跟随性评价方法;建立超临界二氧化碳相态控制方法;得到超临界二氧化碳压裂参数优化设计方法,形成具有自主知识产权的非常规天然气储层超临界二氧化碳压裂改造的基础理论体系,为我国非常规天然气藏高效开发提供支撑。

英文摘要: Fracturing is an effective method to realize commercial development in unconventional reservoir (tight gas and shale gas) due to the low porosity, low permeability, small pore throat size and large gas flow resistance. However, fracturing also brings about water sensitivity and contaminant problems to unconventional reservoir. Supercritical carbon dioxide fracturing is a new effective method and has advantage to decrease carbon-dioxide emissions. The objective of the project is to study the key problems of the stimulation of unconventional gas reservoir by applying supercritical carbon dioxide fracturing techniques, including: study the filtration behavior of supercritical carbon dioxide in unconventional gas reservoir (tight gas and shale gas), and mathematically model the filtration of supercritical carbon dioxide; aiming at avoiding the formation damage, study the method to viscosify the supercritical carbon dioxide fracturing fluid; build up the transitivity equation describing the unsteady flow of different supercritical carbon dioxide-proppants system after viscosifying in the fracture; develop the methodology of estimating the transportation of proppants; build up the coupled computational model of temperature and pressure field in the fracture; develop the theory and methodology controlling the supercrit
