中文摘要: 粒度分析理论的不完善制约着磨矿过程的优化。本项目以磷矿为研究对象,利用一种新发现的高浓度条件下矿物颗粒的反常散射现象对颗粒粒度分布进行研究。我们研究发现,随着矿物颗粒浓度的增加,其在特定波长下的透射光强度会依次经历线性降低、类抛物线降低和反常增加三个阶段,三个阶段所对应的透射光强值构成完整的反常散射曲线。本项目着重对实际磨矿条件下所得磷矿粒群的散射特性进行分析,根据反常散射现象,提出两个假设:反常散射特征与粒度分布具有相关性、复散射条件下散射相函数随浓度而变化。我们建立反常散射曲线与磷矿磨矿粒度分布之间的数学模型,并采用改进的遗传算法和人工神经网络算法对模型系数进行数值计算,利用所建立的模型对粒度分布进行反演。同时,通过对高浓度磷矿浆散射相函数进行检测,引入浓度修正因子,从数学表达上完善复散射过程。

英文摘要: Imperfection particle size analysis theory restricts the optimization of grinding process.The project using newly discovered anomalous scattering phenomena under the high concentration to analyze the particle size distribution in phosphate rock.We found that the transmission light intensity on the specific wavelength will be experienced three stages: linear decrease, parabolic reduce and the.abnormal increase,such trend is changing with the increase in the concentration and complete anomalous scattering curve.The project focuses on the analysis of the scattering properties of the phosphate particles,which is from actual grinding.According to the anomalous scattering phenomenon, put forward two hypotheses:anomalous scattering characteristics is correlate with size distribution,scattering phase function changing with the concentration in multiple scattering.we basing mathematical model between anomalous scattering curve and phosphate particle size distribution , using genetic algorithm for numerical calculation of model coefficients and inversing the particle size distribution by established model. Through the detection of the scattering phase function and introduction of concentration correction factor,we could perfect multiple scattering theory in the mathematical expression.
