中文摘要: 敏化太阳能电池因为制作简单、成本低廉和潜在的高光电转换效率成为太阳能电池一个重要研究方向。二维石墨烯片具有优异的导电性,将石墨烯片应用于敏化电池器件中,可以增强光生电子的输运能力,有效抑止电荷复合背反应,提高电池光电转换效率。本项目开展基于直立型石墨烯片的敏化太阳能电池实验和理论研究。首先研究二维直立型石墨烯片在导电FTO衬底上的可控制备,包括对石墨烯片层数、密度、高度和掺杂的控制,并研究石墨烯生长的动力学过程,揭示其生长机理方面重要的科学问题。进而以直立型石墨烯片作为光阳极,探索其在量子点敏化太阳能电池器件和染料敏化太阳能电池器件上的应用。

英文摘要: Due to its simple-fabrication, low cost and potential high efficiency, sensitized solar cell becomes a significant research subject for the solar energy. Two-dimensional (2D) graphene has excellent electrical conduction. By introducing the graphene into the sensitized solar cell, the conversion efficiency can be improved due to the graphene bring a faster electron transport and a lower recombination. The project carries the experimental and theoretical research on aligned graphene based sensitized solar cells. First the controllable growth of aligned graphene sheets on FTO conductive substrate is investigated, including the graphene sheet layers, density, height and doping control. The graphene growth kinetics is study to revealing its growth mechanism. And then the aligned graphene sheet is used as the photoanode, exploring its applications in the quantum dot sensitized solar cell (QDSSC) and dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC).
