中文摘要: 环肽纳米管因其具有特殊空间结构和奇特的电子和光学性质,有许多潜在的应用价值,可用于电子器件、光电材料和催化材料等,因此研究环肽纳米管成为当今的一个热点。在肽的外壁连接各种功能分子在很大程度上并不影响其自组装过程,这些分子的连接扩展了肽纳米管的功能又可以阻止其聚集,这对于详细研究其自组装机理和开发新的应用提供了捷径。本课题设计合成含有好的光电性能的侧臂金属酞菁和苝二酰亚胺的环肽,通过侧臂与环肽骨架的协同作用自组装成环肽纳米管。探究功能环肽纳米管形成的影响因素;通过紫外可见、荧光光谱研究功能环肽在溶液中的光物理性能;测定环肽在聚合时的缔合常数;研究通过同种环肽和不同种环肽自组装形成的纳米管的发光性能以及电子转移和能量传递过程;这一研究为开发新的人工光捕集以及电荷运输单元应用于光电二极管的太阳能电池奠定基础。

英文摘要: The cyclic peptide nanotubes have many potential applications due to their special space structure and unusual electronic and optical properties, for example, They have been used as electronic devices, optoelectronic materials and catalytic materials. Therefore,The study on the cyclic peptide nanotubes become a hot topic today. Connecting various functional molecules in the outer wall of the peptide does not interfere to a great extent with the assembly process. The conjugation of such molecules to cyclic peptides expands the functionality of the nanotubes and can be used to prevent aggregation, thus opening up new applications and allowing for detailed study of the self-assembly mechanism. This project aims at design and synthesis of cyclic peptide containing side arms of the good optoelectronic properties such as phthalocyanine and perylene imide. cyclic peptides assemblies into nanotubes by the synergistic effect of the side arm and peptide skeleton.Influencing factors of formation of functional cyclic peptide nanotubes are explored;The photophysical properties of cyclic peptides are determined by UV-Vis, fluorescence spectrum In solution; Association constants are measured; the luminescent properties,process of electron transfer and energy transfer of cyclic peptides nanotubes, which formed by self-assembling of the same kind or the different kinds of cyclic peptides, are explored. It will lay a solid foundation to develope new artificial light trapping and charge transport unit used in photodiode the solar cell.
