中文摘要: 发光材料是照明和显示器件的关键组成部分,它极大地影响着照明和显示设备的发光性能。本项目以一元/二元焦磷酸盐为基质,采用低热固相化学反应、均相共沉淀法,辅以微波技术制备三基色光致发光材料,研究基质与稀土掺杂离子的选择匹配性、反应气氛、卤离子掺杂、非稀土离子掺杂对材料发光特性的影响,在同一基质中实现三基色发光。通过调控制备条件、改变加热方式、选择不同结构的基质金属、磷盐和表面活性剂,实现所得发光材料形貌和尺寸的可控性。研究焦磷酸盐体系发光材料的发光机理、掺杂离子之间的能量传递机理以及稀土离子在空气中的还原机理,形成焦磷酸盐体系发光材料可控化制备及发光颜色可调性的技术体系,为研究和设计新型发光材料提供技术支持和解决方案。

英文摘要: Light-emitting material is a key component for the lighting and display, and greatly affects the luminescence properties of the lighting and display devices. In this project, taking pyrophosphate as the matrix, three primary color light emitting materials are prepared by solid state chemical reactions, homogeneous coprecipitation method, supplemented by microwave technology. The effect of reaction atmosphere, halogen ion doping, non-rare earth ions doping and the matching of matrix with doped rare-earth on the luminescent properties of obtained materials is systematic investigated. The technology system of controllable preparation of pyrophosphate luminescent materials will be realized by controlling the preparation conditions, changing the heating mode, selecting a different structure of the matrix metal, phosphate salt and surface active agents. In order to providing technical support and solutions for research and design of new luminescent materials, the mechanism of energy transfer between doped ions and the reduction mechanism of rare earth ions in the air will be studied.
