中文摘要: 本项目提出了以表面工程技术、材料表面属性、润滑油添加剂三者复合的方式解决发动机活塞环/缸套系统摩擦磨损问题的新思路,以摩擦副表面材料和润滑剂组成的摩擦学系统作为研究对象,研究钢表面氮化层与ZDDP、MoDTC的协同作用及其作用机理。采用纳米化预处理+N离子注入或离子氮化复合工艺制备不同表面属性的氮化层,考察氮化层表面属性与ZDDP、MoDTC添加剂复合的摩擦学性能。通过摩擦反应膜的复合微观分析测试,研究氮化层的表面属性-摩擦反应膜属性-摩擦学性能之间的关系,揭示氮化层表面属性与ZDDP、MoDTC的交互作用机理。遵循"三方面复合"的指导思想,从摩擦学系统科学角度全面认识改善摩擦副摩擦磨损性能的真实机理与必要措施。预期研究成果对应用于发动机活塞环/缸套系统的表面工程技术选择和润滑技术设计具有重要的理论与实际意义。

英文摘要: A new idea of combining surface engineering technology, material surface's property and lubricating oil additive was proposed to solve the friction and wear problems of the piston ring and cylinder liner system in the engines. The tribological system composed of the nitrided layers on the surface for steel piston ring and the lubricating oil additives will be investigated aiming at to understand the synergistic effect and tribological mechanism between the nitrided layer and ZDDP, MoDTC. The nitrided layers with different surface properties will be prepared by the nanocrystallization pretreatment plus the nitrogen ion implantation or the plasma nitriding. The tribological performance for the rubbing pair with ZDDP, MoDTC will be fully evaluated. Through the combined micro-analyses of tribofilm composition, micro-structure and chemical state, the mechanism of synergistic effect among the surface property of the nitried layer - the propertiy of the tribofilm - the tribological performance will be revealed and deeply discussed.
