中文摘要: 以硅溶胶为载体,采用特殊粒径控制技术,通过一定的物理或化学作用将芳基磷酸盐类成核剂负载到硅溶胶表面,制备高浓度的芳基磷酸盐杂化成核剂。二氧化硅颗粒表面负载磷酸基团的空间位阻可以阻止溶胶中二氧化硅颗粒的团聚,实现杂化成核剂的纳米尺度控制,同时二氧化硅大的比表面积可以更好的发挥芳基磷酸盐的成核作用,实现纳米成核剂的特殊功能化并改善其在聚合物材料中的相容性。研究制备技术对杂化成核剂粒径大小和芳基磷酸盐负载率的影响,探索制备颗粒形态、粒径及分布可控的芳基磷酸盐杂化成核剂的方法。利用高浓度的芳基磷酸盐杂化成核剂与聚丙烯熔融共混挤出制备杂化纳米颗粒成核剂分散良好的聚丙烯纳米复合材料。探讨杂化成核剂加入对聚丙烯材料微观结构和性能的影响,阐明杂化成核剂的诱导聚丙烯成核的成核机理,建立成核剂分子结构与其成核效应内在的定量关系,为设计合成新型高效聚丙烯成核剂提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Aromatic phosphate hybrid nucleating agent is prepared by supporting aromatic phosphate on silica sol via mechanical or chemical action and adopting specific size control technology,with silica sol as ef?cient supports.The steric hindrance effect of organic phosphate may the aggregation of nanoparticles and control size rang in nanometer.The large specific surface area of silicon dioxide nanoparticles can enhance the nucleation,achieve special functionality and improve interfacial compatibility with polypropylene. The effect of preparative technology on size rang and the load efficiency of aromatic phosphate is studied and proper prepative technology of aromatic phosphate hybrid nucleating agent supported on silica sol with controllable shape and size distribution is nvestigated. The hybrid nucleating agent is added to polypropylene to prepare polymer nanocomposites and the effect of hybrid nucleating agent on the structure and property of polypropylene is characterized.The mechanism of nucleation is illustrated and quantitative law between molecular structure of nucleating agent and nucleation efficiency is builded. These results of research will provide theoretical direction for designing novel and effective nucleating agent of polypropylene.
