中文摘要: 针对核岛用碳锰钢管热轧过程产生的发纹、内直道、表面裂孔等缺陷问题,以及高温塑性、抗流动腐蚀性、冲击韧性等强韧化性能要求,开展复杂工艺参量下的金属强韧化变形机制和缺陷控制的理论和实验研究。主要研究热成形过程中的各种工艺因素和设备因素对金属三维流动机制的影响,考虑温度、形变和微观组织之间的耦合关系建立稳定轧制数学模型,研究各机架金属宏观变形场、组织转变应力场、温度场等场变量分布规律,以及各机架断面形状、宽展量、延伸率等金属流动规律,建立工艺参量与特征缺陷的关系模型。考虑夹杂、气孔、偏析的影响,采用晶体有限元理论建立区域晶体细观模型,研究缺陷在区域外载荷作用下的形变机制,研究缺陷成形机理。结合工业试验研究,研究热应力、残余应力、组织应力等对金属性能的影响,研究复杂工艺参量下的强韧化变形机理。在此基础上建立多工艺参量协调控制的热轧优化工艺,实现核电用高强韧化钢管的稳定轧制和缺陷预控。

英文摘要: Aimed at the defect problems including Hairline, inner rectilinear line, surface hiatus, et al, as well as strengthening and toughening performance requirements of high temperature plasticity, FAC property, impact ductility, et al, in the hot rolling process of carbon manganese steel tube for nuclear island, the study of theory and experiment on metal strengthening and toughening deformation mechanism and defect control on the condition of complicated technical parameters was proceed. the work mainly research the influence of every kind of technical factor and equipment factor to the matel three dimensional flow mechanism in the hor forming process, establish the stable rolling mathematic model Considering the coupled relation of temperature, deformation and microstructure to to research the field variability distribution regularity of macro-micro deformation field, microstructure transforming stress field, temperature field, et al, as well as every stand's metal flowing regularity of section shape, spread volume, flattening width, specific elongation, et al, to constitute the relation model obetween the technical parameters with charactristic defect.
