中文摘要: 新能源的快速发展和大区电网的特高压互联给我国电网的自动发电控制(AGC)带来新的挑战,而现有研究大多局限于"控制策略+功率分配机制"的常规研究思路。本项目从电网调度控制的全局出发,提出"前移AGC任务关口",在"发电计划+AGC控制"的现有体系中,增加"AGC优化调度"的新环节,形成"发电计划+AGC优化调度+AGC实时控制"的有功调控新体系。主要研究:省级电网AGC的动态优化调度模型、网省两级电网AGC的协调调度模型、考虑多种不确定因素的AGC随机优化调度模型及相应的混合智能优化算法和解耦内点算法。探索在"AGC优化调度"的框架下解决快慢AGC机组协调、分级分区AGC协调以及区域控制性能、安全约束和市场因素的协调等一系列AGC面临的新问题,有望在分级分区AGC协调调度模型和AGC随机优化调度模型方面取得创新性理论成果,为发展和完善现有的调控体系,实现全网AGC资源的优化利用提供可行思路。

英文摘要: The rapid development of renewable energy and the interconnection of regional grids with UHV tie-lines has brought many new chanllengs to automatic generation control (AGC) of power system while most researches on AGC so far are limited to control straties and power allocation methods. This project proposed to move the action stage of AGC within the traditional generation disptach-control system ahead, and to form a new generation dispatch- control system including generation disptach, AGC dispatch and AGC control. The project will study on the optimal provincial grid AGC dispatch model, the coordinated two-level (regional and provincial grid) AGC dispatch model, and the stochastic AGC dispatch model considering different stochastic factors, and finally the corresponding hybrid intelligent optimization algorithms and decomposed interior-point methods. This project tries to realize the coordination of regulation actions of AGC units with different regualtion speeds, the coordination of AGCs in regional and provincial grids, and to balance the control performance, regulation cost, security constraints and market considerations by means of the optiaml AGC dispatch models proposed, and thus has a high potential to do some contributions to the development of the present generation dispatch-control framework and to t
