中文摘要: 针对纳秒脉冲宽谱微波辐射源研制的需求,利用返波管(BWO)的超辐射机制,进行C波段、窄脉冲的宽谱微波器件研究,技术难点在于低压、低引导磁场的要求,因此器件采用过模结构来开展低压、低磁场引导情况下C波段超辐射返波管振荡器的模拟和机理研究,研究内容包括:(1)从理论上研究给出低压电子束产生超辐射的条件和特点;(2)结合粒子模拟,理论上给出低压电子束产生超辐射的条件和特点;(3)基于25kV、电流80A的电子束参数、0.1T引导磁场的粒子模拟,给出可以应用的结构,并在西南科技大学开展冷测实验;(4)结合中国工程物理研究院应用电子学研究所已有的实验平台进行结构优化设计,在平台上开展实验验证研究。本项目旨在以小型宽谱高功率辐射源研制需求为牵引,研究低压电子束产生超辐射的物理机制,进行纳秒脉冲宽谱微波器件的研究,实现纳秒脉冲宽谱微波辐射源的研制和试制。

英文摘要: According to the requirement for the generation of ns pulse duration and wide band high power microwave radiation,the ns microwave device for such wide-band high power microwave radiation is proposed based on the BWO super-radiation. The key point lies on the requirement for the low voltage and low guilding magnet filed.The oversized structure is taken,and the simulation and corresponding mechanism study on the C band super-radiance BWO is carried on how the device can be high-efficiently operated on the condition with low voltage electron beam and low guiding magnet filed.The study includes:(1)the theoretical studies will be carried on how the low voltage electron beam produces the super-radiance in the oversize BWO high power microwave device;(2)the theoretical studise will be closely adjusted based on the simulation to more accurately reflect the large signal processes in the device;(3)with the given parameter of the beam of 25kV voltage and 80A current,and 0.1T guilding magnet field,the PIC simulation will be carried out to the optimized BWO structure,and the structure will be fabricated for the cold test in SWUST;(4)the corresponding experiment will be carried out in CAEP for the future application.
