中文摘要: 电荷密度波和超导电性被认为是竞争关系,而目前的实验结果对此存在争论。因此,需要在新体系中深入探索两个序的相互关联。ZrTe3,同时具有电荷密度波(电荷密度波转变温度TCDW=63 K)和丝状超导电性(超导转变温度TC<2 K),是一个很好的研究两个序相互关联的体系。我们的前期工作发现,x=5%浓度Cu插层诱导出了体超导电性,而不改变TCDW。本项目计划:1、通过连续的同族掺杂、邻族掺杂以及插层调控ZrTe3中的电荷密度波和超导电性。结合结构、掺杂或插层浓度结果,以及输运测量得到的TCDW和TC结果,得到连续调控的TCDW和TC的相图。2、研究Zr、Te位掺杂分别对a、b轴各向异性电、热输运的影响,澄清a轴、b轴输运机制及各自的对应的能带,并解释电荷密度波和超导电性起源分别所对应的能带。本项目将在电荷密度波与超导电性之间的相互关联方面获得重要实验证据,并为进一步理解超导电性起源提供实验基础。

英文摘要: Charge density wave and superconductivity were beilived to compete with each other. However, many experimental results disobey this hypothesis. Thus, more new systems are needed to investigate the relationship between superconductivity and charge density wave. ZrTe3, has coexistence of charge density wave (TCDW=63 K) and filamentary superconductivity (TC<2 K), is a good candidate to investigate the relationship between charge density wave and superconductivity. Our previous work discovered that, x = 5 % content of Cu intercalation results in bulk superconductivity. Meanwhile, the charge density wave transition temperature TCDW remains. This proposal plans: 1. We intend to tune charge density wave and superconductivity via continuous doping with same and different family in a periodic table and intercalation. If we combine the structural, doping content or intercalation content, and the obtained TCDW and Tc, we can obtain the phase diagram via continuous tuning.2.Investigate the effects on anisotropic electrical and heat transport properties (a-axis and b-axis) for Zr and Te sites doping. Try to figure out the transport mechanism along the a-axis, b-axis, and their coresponding energy band.
