中文摘要: 表观遗传编程在细胞的发育,分化以及衰老等生命活动中起着非常重要的作用。本项研究发现,在细胞衰老表观遗传编程过程中,组蛋白去甲基化酶KDM3B在细胞衰老中表达水平存在编程过程。进一步研究将试图探讨KDM3B在基因组中的基因靶点,研究KDM3B调控基因转录的表观遗传机制,了解KDM3B在细胞衰老过程中的功能,分析KDM3B调控的基因表达与衰老信号转导的关系,研究细胞衰老过程中表观遗传的编程过程,为透彻了解表观遗传调控细胞衰老过程提供新的实验依据。

英文摘要: Epigenetic programming plays a very important role in cell development, differentiation and senescence life. This study found that histone demethylase KDM3B and its histone modification sites of H3K9 methylation may be associated with aging during cellular senescence. Further research will attempt to explore KDM3B target gene in the genome, to explore epigenetic regulation mechanism of gene transcription by KDM3B, to understand KDM3B function in the cell aging process, to analyze the relationship KDM3B regulation of gene expression with signal transduction of aging, and analyze epigenetic programming process during aging. This study will provide new experimental evidence for a thorough understanding of epigenetic regulation of cell aging process.
