中文摘要: 表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)作为一种独特的光谱检测技术,正在引起人们的极大关注。 SERS活性基底的制备是进行SERS研究的重要前提。然而,在SERS研究中,体系内的荧光背景常会严重影响检测的灵敏度,如何制备重现性好、稳定性高、增强效果好的SERS基底是SERS研究与应用面临的重大挑战。纳米技术在基底制备过程中的应用为此提供了一个很好的解决方案。本项目尝试利用少层石墨烯包裹的金银双金属多孔纳米结构作为检测基底来解决这一关键科学问题。包裹在金银双金属多孔纳米结构外面的石墨烯能够有效地淬灭体系中的荧光信号,降低荧光对SERS灵敏度的影响。同时,金银多孔纳米结构是一种优良的SERS活性基底,这使得检测具有非常高的灵敏度。该项研究将有助于克服荧光等干扰因素,发展出一种新型、高效、灵敏度极高的的SERS活性基底,最终有力推动SERS的理论研究发展,拓宽其应用领域范围。

英文摘要: As a unique and promising spectral testing technique, surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is becoming more and more attractive. The fabrication of enhanced substrates is an important prerequisite in SERS study. However, the testing sensitivity is always greatly affected by the strong fluorescence signals in the system.Fabricating substrates with excellent reproduibility, high stability and strong enhancement is alwarys a big challenge.The proposal is to solve this critical issue by using few-layer graphene-wrapped gold-silver metallic porous nanostructures as SERS substrate. The few-layer graphene can effectively quench fluorenscene signals. Meanwhile, the gold-silver porous nanostructures are of excellent enhancement which enables the testing very sensitive. The study is helpful to eliminate the influence of fluorenscene, and to develop a kind of novel, high-efficiency and high-sensitivity SERS substrates, and will evtually promote the development of SERS mechanism and broaden its applications.
