中文摘要: 广义虫草属真菌是自然界中非常重要的一类虫生真菌,它们在生物防治、医药保健和功能食品方面起着非常重要的作用。它们也是研究虫菌互作关系和系统发育很好的模式生物。故对其进行分类和系统进化的研究兼具理论和实践意义。 结合前期研究和部分种多基因补充测序构建更全面的分子系统发育树,我们发现广义虫草还隐藏有属级或科级高阶分类单元和一些未解决的疑难种。本研究将在本实验室现有标本、广泛收集国内外模式标本或权威菌株、实地采集的基础上,以广义虫草高阶元和部分疑难种分类争议为突破口,完成以下目标:1.深入研究和系统比较各个种形态特征、地理分布和多基因分子序列特征,解决部分疑难种在分类和生物地理学方面存在的问题和争议,重新指定部分种的附加模式标本。2.重新评估不同类群的演化关系,分析系统发育,完善虫草高阶元分类,补充并建立更为科学和更符合自然的系统关系的分类系统。为进一步开发丰富的虫草资源提供理论指导。

英文摘要: Cordyceps sensu lato and its asexual is a very important group of entomogenous fungi in nature,which plays a very important role in biological pest control, medicinal usage and as functional foods. The host coevolution relationships is a good model organisms to study the interaction relationship between insects and fungus and their phylogeny.Therefore, studies on the classification and phylogenetic relationships of Cordyceps sensu lato have both theoretical and practical significance. Based on previous research and some supplement of multi-gene sequencing to build a more comprehensive phylogenetic tree, we found that there were still some hidden taxa on higher taxonomic level such as the families or genera, and some ambiguous and crytic species in Cordyceps sensu lato remained unresolved. The project will build on the extensive collection at Guizhou University, holotypes or verified strains and collection of some species in the field and worldwide. We will focus on the higher level classification of Cordyceps sensu lato and several other controversial issues. The research will involve systematic comparative study of phenotypic traits of selected species and their geographical distribution,and molecular characteristics of multi-gene sequences.We will re-evaluate the evolutionary relationship between different taxa, and carry out phylogenetic analysis, resulting in a thorough clarification of Cordyceps sensu lato at the higher levels of classification, re-define some controversal species and ratnalise the biogeography of some species; we will also epityfy some species.The research will complement and establish a more scientific and more natural classification system. This study will provide theoretical guidance for the further development and utilization of the rich Cordyceps sensu lato resources.
