中文摘要: 对台风风场进行全天候的测量具有较大的科学价值和实际应用意义。本研究将结合WindSat、AMSR2和SMOS等卫星1.4GHz~37GHz微波辐射测量数据和实测及再分析台风风场资料,进行多星融合数据台风风场反演算法研究。研究将重点针对微波辐射计遥感台风海面风场的机理,进行强降雨、高风速恶劣海气环境下海面发射率模式、风场反演算法等方面的研究。项目将实现的科学目标为:.(1) 充分挖掘微波辐射计高风速、强降雨和高海况等恶劣海气环境下的应用潜力,建立符合反演实际应用的准确、高效的微波辐射计反演台风风场的算法。(2) 定量化给出算法在不同风速、不同降水量情况下所能达到的反演精度。

英文摘要: The monitoring of typhoon wind fields is crucial for oceanographic and atmospheric studies, and for human ocean activities. This study will develop an algorithm of typhoon wind fields remote sensing, based on combined multi-band brightness temperature from several satellites (eg., WindSat, AMSR2 and SMOS), in-situ data and data from reanalysis. The study will focus on the theories of microwave remote sensing of typhoon and on the sea surface emissivity under heavy rain and strong winds. The expected results are:.(1) Tap into the potential of passive microwave remote sensing under severe conditions in typhoon and develop an algorithm of typhoon wind fields remote sensing with high accuracy and efficiency..(2) Quantify the accuracy of the algorithm at different wind speeds and different rain rates.
