中文摘要: 实时高精度的位置信息对未来无线移动网络在各个领域的应用起着至关重要的作用。近年来,网络空时协作的新架构为解决复杂环境中高精度的定位难题提供了有效的方案。但是对协作所产生的信息耦合机理认识的不足,影响了分布式定位算法和资源分配方案的性能。本课题旨在研究协作定位网络中空时信息耦合的机理,并设计带有耦合补偿的分布式定位算法和资源分配方案,以获取最大的协作增益。具体来说,本课题拟通过推导得出给定空时状态的等效定位信息,来确定产生信息耦合的主要因素及其强度随空时距离的衰减规律。在此基础上,设计新型的分布式定位算法,通过优化迭代算法的网络时序安排和状态聚簇来有效抑制信息耦合的影响。同时,也将为动态的分布式协作定位网络设计高效的资源分配方案,通过对目标函数进行耦合补偿来提高优化方案的性能。本课题将为协作定位网络的设计与运行建立新的理论基础、提供重要洞见,并帮助设计有效的网络算法。

英文摘要: Real-time high-accuracy location awareness is critical for numerous emerging wireless applications in the various sectors. A new paradigm, in which mobile nodes exploit spatiotemporal cooperation for positional inference, is envisioned to be an effective solution for providing high-accuracy location awareness in harsh environments. However, the dynamics of information coupling induced by spatiotemporal cooperation remains unclear, compromising the performance of cooperative localization algorithms and resource allocation strategies. This research aims to understand the dynamics of information coupling in spatiotemporal cooperative localization networks, and then to develop new localization algorithms and allocation strategies that mitigate the coupling effect, fully unleashing the benefit of cooperation. In particular, we will derive the equivalent localization information for a given spatiotemporal state, from which we determine its relationship to various network parameters and its intensity decay with respect to the spatiotemporal distance. Built upon the theoretical basis, we will design new distributed localization algorithms, which mitigate the effects of information coupling by scheduling the iterations in the network and clustering subsets of states. Moreover, we will also develop efficient resource allocation strategies for distributed dynamic networks, in which the performance objectives capture the information coupling effect. The outcomes of this research will provide new theories, insights, and guidelines for the design and operation of cooperative localization networks.
