中文摘要: 大规模风电接入对网络潮流和动态特性的影响扩大至全网范围,客观上要求电网相关各控制中心能够进行全网一体化计算和分析。本项目旨在将地域上的分布式计算和时间上的并行计算相结合,采用异步迭代模式,研究建立控制中心之间的可实用化的分布式、并行状态估计计算系统。具体包括:基于虚拟链接方式的一体化分布式状态估计计算模型构建;提出具有实用性的多控制中心分布式状态估计算法,重点解决不同子系统间边界估计误差聚集问题、基于异步迭代模式的分布式状态估计不动点迭代格式的构造以及子系统边界区域不良数据检测与辨识等理论和技术难题;设计出符合"云计算"概念的分布式状态估计并行计算系统结构,使分布式计算与子系统本地时间上的并行计算有机的融为一体;建立子系统的注册、同步启动、计算管理、冲突消减、容错等分布式并行计算管理机制。希望通过本项目的开展,为智能电网调度中心建设探索出一种新的分布式一体化计算的解决方案。

英文摘要: The effect of large-scale wind power access on power flow and dynamic characteristics could expand to whole network, objectively, all-in-one calculation and analysis of whole network is demanded in relevant control centers. The project is designed to combine distributed calculation on the spatial scale with parallel calculation on the time scale and adopt asynchronous iteration mode to research and establish applicable distributed and parallel state estimation calculation system between control centers. The project includes construction of all-in-one model of distributed state estimation calculation based on virtual link mode, proposing applicable distributed state estimation algorithm in multiple control centers which mainly solves theoretical and technical problems like gathering issue of edge estimation error in different subsystems, construction of iteration form for fixed points of asynchronous distributed state estimation and detection and identification of bad data on the edge of subsystems, etc, designing the structure of parallel calculation system of distributed state estimation which is in accord with cloud computing concept and makes distributed calculation and parallel calculation on the local time scale of subsystem integrate organically and establishing distributed and parallel calculation and man
