中文摘要: 基于载波相位的高精度定位是卫星导航技术发展的一个重要方向。当前北斗区域系统已投入试运行,深入发展基于北斗区域系统的高精度定位技术具有现实的重要意义。已有的载波相位高精度定位理论和方法都是基于GPS系统提出的,相对于GPS,北斗系统的星座是GEO+IGSO+MEO,与GPS单纯的MEO有很大不同;此外,北斗同时具有RNSS民用L波段双频和S波段RDSS单频的频率资源;这些都使得原有的载波相位高精度定位理论和方法有了新的创新空间。本项目拟充分利用我国北斗区域定位系统的特点,开展北斗载波相位高精度定位技术研究,突破北斗GEO卫星单历元载波相位整周模糊度确定、中长基线下基于RNSS+RDSS民用三频载波相位观测量的优化组合利用、以及BD/GPS/GLONASS/Galileo组合载波相位高精度定位等关键技术,为北斗系统在分米级甚至厘米级高精度定位产业应用提供技术支撑。

英文摘要: High-precision positioning technology based on carrier-phase is an important direction of GNSS application. Currently ,the BeiDou regional positioning system has begun to provide test-run services. It is of significant importance to develop BeiDou carrier-phase based high-precision positioning technology under the intense competition of all GNSS system. The current theories and methods of high-precision positioning of the carrier phase are based on GPS system. Relative to the GPS system, Beidou system constellation is the GEO + IGSO + MEO, which are very different with simple GPS MEO constellation .In addition, the BeiDou system have double RNSS frequencies and a single RDSS frequency resources. All of which opened up new ideas for the carrier phase high-precision positioning based on BeiDou system. This project intends to make full use of these characteristics, to research BeiDou carrier phase high-precision positioning methods. It aims to breakthrough the single epoch integer ambiguous ensurance methods of GEO , Optimal RNSS + RDSS civilian frequency combinations method for long baseline positioning, combined BD/GPS/GLONASS/Galileo high-precision positioning and other key technologies, so as to provide technical support for BeiDou system application in decimeter & centimeter level positioning.
