中文摘要: 针对当前苯乙烯环氧化催化剂活性差、稳定差等关键问题,本项目设计合成不同形貌MnOx/CeO2-ZrO2 的低维复合纳米结构催化剂,探索氧化铈形貌、暴露晶面等因素对催化性能及反应机理的影响。通过调控其制备参数,可控合成不同MnOx 负载量、分散状态、形貌的催化剂,将所制备催化剂应用于苯乙烯环氧化反应,考察其催化活性和选择性。采用ICP, XRD,BET 等对催化剂进行表征,并结合原位技术、表面反应技术研究催化剂的结构与苯乙烯环氧化性能的关系,建立MnOx/CeO2-ZrO2 低维复合纳米结构的形貌、晶型结构、酸碱性和助剂与催化活性、稳定性的构效关系,揭示新型低维纳米MnOx/CeO2-ZrO2 复合氧化物的活性中心本质。阐述新型MnOx/CeO2-ZrO2 低维复合纳米结构催化剂的反应机理,为制备苯乙烯环氧化催化剂提供理论指导。

英文摘要: To resolve the current problems of the epoxidation of styrene,this project conceives that MnOx/CeO2-ZrO2 catalysts with different low dimensional nanostructure morphologies will be prepared and the influnce of the morphology and crystal faces of cerium oxide on the epoxidation of styrene activity and reaction mechnism will be explored. By controlling its preparation parameters, MnOx/CeO2-ZrO2 catalysts with different MnOx loadings,MnOx species, and morphologies will be synthesized. The catalytic activity of the catalysts of the above catalysts will be tested in the epoxidation of the styrene.The relationship of the structure and the catalytic performance will be estabished by the characterization with the ICP,XRD, BET and the in situ technology and the surface reaction.The relationship of the catalytic activity,stability with the morphology,crystalline type, acidity, and promoters will be clarified. The activity centers on the novel MnOx/CeO2-ZrO2 catalysts of the epoxidation will be demonstrated.At the end, the reaction mechanism on the MnOx/CeO2-ZrO2 catalysts of the epoxidation of styrene will be elucidated. This work will provide theory guidance for the design of the epoxidation of styrene catalysts.
