中文摘要: 本项目旨在探讨利用超声辐射力场实施三维生物组织器官直写式制造的理论与方法。通过对复杂时空特性超声波作用于微量生物材料的超声辐射力产生机理以及声致生物材料微滴形成、飞行和着陆过程的理论分析与实验研究,采用声波合成原理,柔性化、高精度地调控超声辐射力场的时空分布特性,实现基于超声辐射力场的生物材料微滴形成与图案化操作,并结合相应的叠层堆积工艺,发展一套基于超声辐射力场的三维生物组织器官直写式制造理论体系。 本项目将传统的超声技术与当前制造科学前沿领域的生物组织器官制造所急需的技术基础紧密和有机地结合起来,在推动传统超声和制造科学发展的同时,为生物制造领域的研究和生产提供一种新的共性技术手段。

英文摘要: This project aims to explore the theory and methodology for fabricating three dimensional biological tissue based on ultrasonic radiation force field. Research contents include: 1) investigating the interaction mechanism between complex ultrasound and biomaterial to build a computational theory for ultrasonic radiation force; 2) research on the dynamic process during forming, flying and landing of biomaterial droplet by theoretical modeling and experimental observation; 3) developing a flexible technology for the synthesis and control of ultrasonic radiation force field; 4) questing for a layered manufacturing process for the construction of three dimensional tissue which is compatible with ultrasonic radiation force field; 5) developing a prototype system for fabrication of three dimensional biological tissue, and carrying out related experimental test and verification. This project combines the traditional ultrasonic technique with technological basis demanded by the fabrication of biological tissue and organ, which is located on the frontiers of manufacturing science. On promoting the development of traditional ultrasonic technology and manufacturing science, this project provides an original and common means for the research and production in biofabrication area.
