中文摘要: 荧光共轭聚合物(FCP)传感器具有高灵敏度、选择性、快响应、无损检测等特点,在反恐、环境保护等领域有着广泛的应用前景。一般FCP材料只能针对一种或一类挥发性物质检测,但环境检测要求现场同时检测多种被分析物。由分别针对不同被分析物识别的蓝、绿、红色荧光的模块一起构建白光聚合物,通过与被分析物作用显示多种不同颜色,可检测并区分不同被分析物。研究包括:传感模块的选择及白光聚合物构建与系统优化;聚合物与被分析物作用机制及信号识别;纳米线阵列纳米器件的构建。通过光诱导电荷转移、化学反应等设计原理分别设计各选择性识别模块,并通过优化各模块组成、连接方式和位置等构建高性能白光聚合物;光谱法考察聚合物各模块间及与被分析物间能量转移及传感机制;利用具有光调制作用的纳米线阵列的倏逝波效应制备高性能传感器件,实现对多种痕量环境污染物蒸气的快速和灵敏识别与区分,为环境污染物检测和监测提供高性能、现场快速分析手段。

英文摘要: Fuoresent conjugated polymer sensor may have a broad and bright future applicationsin antiterriorism, enviromental protection etc for their high sensitivity, selectivity, quickresponse, easy integration and nondestructive detection. Problems are that general fluorescent polymers can only detect one kind of volatile analyte, but the enviromental detection needs multiple target detection in one time and in situ. White light emission polymer made of blue, green and red emitting moieties for different target could be used for sensing and differentiating multiple targets by demostrating different emitting color upon contacting with different analytes. Reserach will includ the following aspects. Selection of the sensing moieties, construction and optimization of the white light emitting polymers. Interaction mechanism between the polymer and the analytes and signal differentiation. And the construction of the highly efficient nano devices. Photo induced charge transfer, specific chemcial reaction will be used for the sensing moiety design, the composition, linkage modes and relative position of all the sensing moieties will be optimazed systematically to afford the polymer. Energy transfer process between the polymer and the analytes and the sensing mechanism will be investigated. The high performance device will be prepared based on the optical modulation of the nano wire array by evanescent wave effect. By all these strategies, the sensing device could detect trace enviroment pollutants quickly, sensitively and selectively. The reaserach could provide highly efficient sensing device for enviroment pollutants detection and monitoring quickly and in situ.
