中文摘要: 与传统CT相比,基于有能谱分辨能力的光子计数探测器的能谱CT(PCD-SCT)可在功能和性能两方面实现突破:一、使CT图像由灰度向"真彩色"、单信息图像向多重信息图像发展;二、能大幅降低辐射剂量、提高图像质量、实现更精确的物质识别等。因此,PCD-SCT成为目前领域内的国际研究热点,被视作X光成像的未来发展方向。本项目拟就PCD-SCT的成像物理机制、图像重建、多重信息提取、局部彩色成像等关键技术进行深入研究,尤其是利用能谱分辨和光子计数的特殊数据形式,形成独特的PCD-SCT全局彩色成像和局部ROI彩色成像的多重信息提取/重建的方法框架和计算模型,并自主建设国内第一台PCD-SCT实验平台。本项目还将从医疗和危险品检测两个应用方向,针对性地设计高精度的、稳定的信息提取和显示方法,以发挥PCD-SCT的实际应用潜力。此项研究将把CT成像带到一个新的台阶,推动国内射线成像技术的发展。

英文摘要: Compared with traditional CT, spectral CT with an energy-dispersive photon counting detector (PCD-SCT) can break through in capability and performance: 1) Change CT images from grayscale to colorful, from single information to multiple; 2) Greatly lower dose, improve image quality, higher material discrimation accuracy. Hence, PCD-SCT has been a hot research topic and is recognized as the future of X-ray imaging. This project will research carefully on the key technologies of PCD-SCT imaging including the fundamentall physics in imaging mechanics and system modelling, multi-parameter image reconstruction, multi-information extraction and retrievement, colorful region of intrest imaging. Especially, we will study the unique characteristic in energy dispersivity and photon counting of PCD-SCT and form a systematic methodology and computational model for reconstruction and information retrievement in cases of both whole object and ROI spectral CT imaging. An laboratorial PCD-SCT system will be built which, from our knowledge, will be the first one in China.
