中文摘要: 聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)是由聚乙烯醇(PVA)经缩丁醛化反应制备而成的,具有高抗冲击性、耐候性、透光性和隔音性等诸多优良性能,作为安全玻璃夹层材料广泛用于汽车制造业和建筑业。基于纤维素与聚乙烯醇相似的多羟基结构,本项目拟以纤维素为原料,通过化学反应,合成纤维素缩丁醛衍生物,进而经流延或者热压等方法制备高抗冲击性纤维素缩丁醛衍生物薄膜。通过核磁共振等方法研究纤维素缩丁醛衍生物的分子结构,通过动态力学分析(DMA)等表征手段研究薄膜的性能,深入讨论纤维素缩丁醛衍生物取代度、摩尔取代度、糖环含量、缩丁醛环状结构的含量与分布以及衍生物分子量与薄膜性能之间的关系。研究缩丁醛环状结构对材料抗冲击性的影响,阐述聚合物薄膜高抗冲击性的原理。本项目可望实现纤维素缩丁醛衍生物的合成以及新型高抗冲击性薄膜材料的开发。

英文摘要: Polyvinyl butyrals (PVB) synthesized from polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) by butyralization are widely applied as interlayer of laminated glass in automotive industry and construction business, due to their high impact-resistance, weather resistance, transparence, and sound insulation. In this work, we attempt to synthesize cellulose butyrals by using cellulose as starting materials according to its polyhydroxyl structure which is similar with that of polyvinyl alcohol. And then, high impact-resistant films can be fabricated by solution casting or hot press molding. The chemical structure of cellulose butyral will be characterized by NMR spectroscopy, while the properties of cellulose butyral fimls will be measured by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), etc. The effect of the chemical structure of cellulose butyrals, such as DS, MS, content of cellulose, content of butyral moieties, and the position of butyral groups on the properties of cellulose butyral films will be deeply investigated. Moreover, the influence of "ring struture" in cellulose butyral on impact-resistance of materials and the mechanism of high impact-resistance of films will be represented. This work will provide new ways for synthesis of cellulose butyrals and developing novel high impact-resistant films.
