中文摘要: 本项目以提高移动设备可用性评估方法的有效性和实用性为目标,站在"以用户为本"的角度,建立界面设计与可用性测试的统一过程。在建立用户行动和认知模型的基础上,研究移动设备的可用性评估标准和测试方法。可用性的定义和分类依据用户模型,把可用性问题概括为行动问题、认知问题、学习问题和出错问题;再此基础上,建立更为全面的测试因素框架,改进测试方法:将用户模型转换为可用性测试的观测点,利用眼动跟踪、无线传感器等技术手段更为全面、无干扰的采集真实使用情景下的数据,并建立数据库和测试评估模型;分析可用性测试中的关键问题:抽样。研究不同用户类型、抽样人数与发现可用性问题数量与类型之间的关系。根据实验统计,确定可用性测试最优化的抽样配额方案。项目研究为可用性测试提出了新的理论依据,为移动设备的可用性测试方法提供了全面系统的解决方案,对于企业提升产品可用性和提高开发效率、降低成本具有直接的应用价值。

英文摘要: The purpose of this project is to improve the effectiveness and practicality of mobile device usability evaluation methods and to establish a unified processes of interface design and usability evaluation based on user-centered theories. Mobile device usability evaluation criteria and methods are studied based on user action model and cognitive model. Definition and classification of 'usability' based on the user model, and the usability issues are summarized as action problems, cognitive problems, learning problems and error. Further more,the framework of usability evaluation is structured and usability testing methods are improved: the user model is converted to observation points in usability testing, More data are collected by eye tracking, wireless sensors and other techniques without interference in real use scenarios, and a database and a usability evaluation model are built. Sampling is a key issue in usability. The relationships among with user types, sampling sizes,types and sizes of usability issues are studied. According to the statistics of experiments to determine the sampling quota program optimized in usability testing.
