中文摘要: 近年来,随着通信技术的飞速发展,下一代网络已成为各国科技竞争的制高点。下一代网络的建设是一项长期而又艰巨的重大课题,网络资源的随机动态变化特性和资源分配策略公平性需求,使得网络资源的优化面临着诸多矛盾和挑战,下一代网络的体系架构也有待完善。因此,本项目针对下一代网络业务多样化、信息需求量爆炸式增长、网络规模不断扩大和网络资源相对稀缺等特点,在下一代网络中引入智慧的概念,提出基于智慧的下一代网络体系架构,并将下一代网络从功能层面划分为数据收集层、信息处理层、知识融合层、智慧优化层以及服务应用层,服务于下一代网络的资源优化。然后利用随机图理论和微分博弈理论分析和建立基于智慧的下一代网络资源优化机理,解决下一代网络的“功率控制、速率分配和负载均衡”问题。项目目标是构建一套完整资源优化体系,为下一代网络的研究和发展提供具有价值的研究成果和结论。

英文摘要: With the rapid development of communication technology, the next generation network has become the research hot topic around the world in recent years. Construction of next generation network is a long-term and arduous task. The dynamic characteristics of network resource and fairness demands of resource allocation strategies, make the optimization of network resources with many contradictions and challenges, and the architecture of next generation network should also be optimized. Therefore, in this project, we will introduce the wisdom concept into the next generation network, and propose a wisdom architecture for the next generation network. The novel wisdom architecture can be divided into five layers, which are data collection layer, information processing layer, knowledge integration layer, wisdom optimization layer and services application layer. Then we use the random graph theory and differential game theory to analysis and establish the resource optimization mechanisms for the next generation networks, to solve the “power control, rate allocation and load balancing” problems based on wisdom. The objectives of project are to build a comprehensive resource optimization system, and provide valuable research findings and conclusions for the development of next generation networks.
