中文摘要: 采用过渡金属催化多组分反应在有机合成方法学的研究中占据着重要的地位,该类反应大多在有机溶剂中进行,在水相中成功进行的例子还非常少。和有机相催化相比,水相催化显然更符合"绿色"化学的理念和目前倡导的低碳化学。申请人拟在前期水相催化偶联反应的研究基础上,通过设计、合成包括磺酸取代Salen等一系列结构简单、容易制备的水溶性配合物催化剂,在水相体系中催化含硫的多组分反应,制备一系列含硫杂环化合物。通过配体改造以及研究金属、配体、碱、相转移催化剂和催化结果之间的联系,探索催化机理。同时,通过该方法进一步研究其在含硫天然产物关键合成步骤中的应用。

英文摘要: Transition metal catalyzed multi-component reactions are important protocols in organic synthesis, most of these reactions are performed in organic solvent, and there are few succcessful examples in aqueous catalysis. Compared with catalysis in oranic solvent, aqueous catalysis is obviously more fitful for green chemistry and low carbon chemistry. Based on our former studies in aqueous catalyzed coupling reactions, applicant plan to design and synthesize some water soluble complexes with ligands such as sulfonato salen as catalysts for the aqueous catalysis containing sulfur to obtain heterocycle compounds. The catalytic mechanism is to be studied by modification of ligand, and the relationships between metal, ligand, base, phase transfer reagent and the catalytic results. Meanwhile, the further application in key step to prepare some natual product containing sulfur will be tested by this method.
