中文摘要: 分子基薄膜磁性体系由于其在自旋电子学领域中巨大的潜在应用价值而受到了人们的广泛关注。但是受限于实验手段,目前关于不同基底、配体对该体系中磁性调控的结构、电子结构机理尚不清晰。在拟申请课题中,我们将利用基于同步辐射的掠入射X射线吸收精细结构(GI-XAFS)、硬X射线发射谱学(XES)结合第一性原理计算系统地表征常温、常压下这类体系中界面上自旋载体中心的局域结构、电子结构、磁性,重点探索基底材料、配体种类、金属-配体键长、分子轨道能级位置及电荷转移等因素影响磁交换作用的机理。XES方法是目前发展较为迅速的技术手段,由于其不受真空等条件的限制,可以广泛应用在溶液、极端条件下的材料磁性、电子结构的表征中,在国内的发展也才处于起步阶段。在本课题中,我们重点发展XAFS与XES技术联用时的数据处理方法,对于推动该方法在各个学科中的应用有着积极意义。

英文摘要: Recently, molecular-based ferromagnetic thin film system has been paid great attention due to its potential application in the field of spin-electronic device. However, the relation between its magnetic behavior and structure/electronic structure is not resolved yet. In present proposal, two advanced techniques based on synchrotron radiation (SR) light source including grating-incident X-ray absorption fine structure (GI-XAFS) and Hard X-ray emission spectroscopy (XES) will be employed to study the local structure of spin-center in the interface, electronic configuration of spin-center and magnetic property of such system, exploring the impact of the metal-ligand bond length, the kind of ligands and substrates and the level of molecular orbitals on the magnetic exchange interaction. As a rapid developing and cutting-edge technique, XES has been widely applied in the characterization of the spin and electronic structure in the condition of solution and high-pressure. We will improve analysis method for the XAFS and XES data by introducing the density of functional theory calculation, promoting the application of such techniques in multi-field.
