中文摘要: 产量估测,是林木、农作物等经营管理和科学地组织生产及造林的重要基础工作。构建合理的产量估测模型,对于开展大面积、大范围、大区域的遥感估产及估测预报,有着重要的意义。以往的产量估测模型普遍存在模型通用性不足的问题。红海榄处于复杂的潮间带环境,有着高敏感性,适合开展模型的构建研究。本项目主要想解决导致模型通用性不足的本质问题:环境影响因子、种质和植株性状对产量的影响作用由于环境异质性和种质异质性是否存在之间的变换?如果存在,机理是什么?具体工作目标包括:1)通过调查不同区域不同潮带红海榄胎生繁殖体遗传多样性、各种环境影响因子、植株性状与胎生繁殖体的数量,探讨如何先通过 “细分”的思想和方法降低影响因素所导致的误差,分析和解决环境异质性和种质异质性的问题;2)如何再通过“合”和自适应等思想及理论方法构建具有通用性产量估测模型。该新颖的研究思路有望为产量模型的构建提供新的参考,创新产量模型的研究。

英文摘要: Yield estimation is an important foundation for the work of trees, crops and other business management and scientific organization of production and afforestation. There is great significance to build a reasonable yield estimation model for the conduct of a large area, large-scale, large regional and national remote sensing yield estimation and forecasting estimates. In the pass, the model exists universal common problems of insufficient. Rhizophora stylosa plant in complex intertidal environment, with high sensitivity, is fit to carry out research of construct yield estimation model. The project is mainly want to solve the leads to the problem of inadequate model versatility: The influence of environmental factors affecting germplasm and plant traits on yield exist conversion due to the environmental heterogeneity and germplasm heterogeneity? If there is, what is the mechanism? Specific objectives include: 1) through the survey of R.stylosa viviparous propagules genetic diversity, a variety of environmental factors, plant traits and R.stylosa viviparous propagules of different area and different intertidal. Probe ways to use “subdivision of ideas and methods to reduce errors caused by factors, analyze and solve the problem of environmental heterogeneity and germplasm heterogeneity; 2) how then through the together and self-adaptive methods to build universal yield estimation model. The research thinking process is expected to provide a new reference to build yield estimation model, for innovate the study of yield estimation model.
