中文摘要: 山西省具有丰富的石墨矿产资源,研究对石墨资源的高效利用具有重要的意义。本项目针对目前氧化石墨烯系综样品改性研究过程中的不确定性及光学特性外场可操控性较弱等关键问题开展单层氧化石墨烯激光改性的研究。理论研究不同的sp^2碳团簇和sp^3含氧官能团簇分布对光场和电场的响应特性。基于单层氧化石墨烯中各含氧官能团具有不同的解离能和迁移能,利用紫外、可见光和近红外波段的激光对单层氧化石墨烯中的含氧官能团的含量、空间排布进行确定性的激光改性。研究不同激光改性方式下的单层氧化石墨烯在电场操控作用下的荧光辐射特性和光学吸收特性,通过优化实验条件有效地提高氧化石墨烯的激光改性的效率,结合电场操控的手段使氧化石墨烯荧光辐射强度和光学吸收率提高两个数量级以上,为开发基于氧化石墨烯的新型光电功能材料奠定理论和实验基础。

英文摘要: It's very important to use efficiently the graphite resources for Shanxi Province which has rich graphite mineral resources. There are a lot of uncertainties as almost all reductions for graphene oxides (GO) have been ensemble studies, and weak manipulating for optical properties also needs us carry out the project to reduce the GO at the single-sheet level. We study the light field and the electric field response of the sp^2/sp^3 clusters of GO in theory. According of the different migration and dissociation energies needed for various oxygen-containing functional groups, we use the UV, visible and near-infrared laser to change the oxygen-containing functional groups of GO, respectively. The fluorescence emission and optical absorption of rGO will be studied in electric field, and effectively improve the efficiency of laser reduction for GO by optimizing experimental conditions. Combined with electric field causes GO fluorescence radiation intensity and optical absorption rate increased more than two orders of magnitude, which can provide the theoretical and technological foundation for the development of photoelectric functional materials based GO.
