中文摘要: 新兴信息技术的快速发展给复杂产品带来了革命性的变化,使得原先单纯由机械和电子部件组成的复杂产品,进化为由物理部件、智能部件和互联部件构成的面向服务的复杂智能互联产品,这种转变使得复杂产品设计呈现出设计对象多样性、异质性以及设计过程的协同性等特点。这些新的特点和需求对以面向物理产品的传统复杂产品设计建模与决策方法提出了挑战。因此,本项目从分析智能互联环境下复杂产品服务特征和系统特征入手,研究复杂产品设计过程特征;在此基础上,分别从需求模型、概念模型和系统方案模型等设计过程模型方面,研究复杂产品设计建模方法;同时,考虑复杂网络化环境下的协同设计特点,研究协同任务分解决策方法和多样化信息集成决策方法。本项目的研究为智能互联环境下复杂产品设计提供新的方式与途径,也有助于丰富和深化复杂产品设计理论与方法的研究体系,具有重要的理论意义和实际价值。

英文摘要: Emerging information technology has introduced revolutionary changes to complex products. The original complex products just composed of mechanical and electrical parts have become the complex smart connected products containing physical components, smart components and connectivity components, which makes the design of complex products present various characteristics ,such as the diversity and heterogeneity of design objects, the collaborative design and so on. These new characteristics and requirements make a challenge to the traditional design methodology and decision approaches of complex product design. .In order to address the issues above, the service features and system features of complex product within smart and connected environment are firstly discussed, and then the process characteristics of complex product are analyzed. Secondly, the methodology of design modelling of complex products is studied in terms of requirement model, concept model and system architecture model. Thirdly, the decision-making methodology of the collaborative task decomposition and the diversified information integration are studied, with consideration of the characteristics of collaborative design within the complex network environment. .In summary, this project will not only propose a new systematic methodology for the design of smart, connected complex products, but also be of great theoretical significance and practical value.
