中文摘要: 稀土离子的单电子数多、旋-轨耦合作用强,具有丰富的电子能级和4f电子跃迁特性,造就它成为磁性和发光的优良载体,结合稀土两种奇特的物理性能???磁各向异性和荧光来设计合成具有磁-光双功能分子材料的研究具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。本项目拟采用吸收截面大、活性位点多的有机羧酸和含氮氧配体与铽、镝、饵、镱等稀土离子配位,利用配体"天线效应"增强稀土配合物分子的发光性能,通过调控局部和整个分子的对称性调控配合物的单分子磁体性能,筛选出性能优异的磁-光双功能稀土配合物分子材料;通过比较单分子磁体的直流和交流磁化率数据计算出的能级能量或有效能垒与由荧光精细结构光谱所得到的能级,探索研究稀土离子的磁-光关系,为合理设计具有显著磁-光双响应功能分子材料提供重要的参考。

英文摘要: Well known owning affluent 4f electrons and strong spin-orbital coupling, lanthanide ions have been universally used in the area of magnetics, as well as optics due to abundant energy levels and 4f electrons transition. The combination of two intrinsic properties, magnetic anisotropy and fluorescence of lanthanides, will be of importance in areas of research and application, which can create a large number of dual-functional molecular materials featuring both of magnetic and optical properties. In this regard, a train of thought will be performed in this project. The technique that the multidentate ligands with large absorption cross section bond to lanthanide(III) ions (Ln = Tb, Dy, Er, Yb etc.), named "antenna effect", will be applied to enhance the molecular emission. The modulation of symmetry of partial and whole molecule will be conducted to control the nature of single-molecule magnets (SMMs). Exceedingly good performance molecular materials will be selected based on excellent magneto-optical property. Moreover, compared with results from direct current calculation and alternate current fit of SMMs, the resulted energy levels from fine-structure emission spectra should show some useful information for the study of correlation between magnetics and optics, which can offer a significant reference for ration
