中文摘要: 本课题以申请者已有的知识建模、语义Web、制造服务、评价决策等方面的研究成果为基础,以新一代信息技术在大规模协作制造中的应用需求为出发点,以互联网环境下制造资源的高效共享与大规模协作为研究目标,针对大规模协作制造过程中产生的资源异构性、语义多重性、服务互操作、节点自组织、网络动态化、协作大规模化等难点问题,重点突破面向大规模协作的跨领域制造资源建模技术、自组织动态网络分层架构技术、制造服务协同发现技术、制造服务动态评价技术等四项关键技术,以初步构建一个支持海量、异构、分布式的制造资源无缝集成、语义互操作和各种自动化服务任务的语义支撑模型和自组织动态网络基础架构,在此基础上开发一个面向大规模协作的制造服务自组织协同发现与动态评价原型系统,并进行应用和验证。本项目作为制造、信息和计算机等多学科交叉的前沿研究课题,对提升我国制造业资源配置效率和整体竞争力、推动我国制造业转型与升级将发挥积极作用。

英文摘要: Based on the applicants' previous work in Semantic Web, manufacturing service and networked manufacturing, the proposed project will start from the identification of applied requirements of new generation information technology in mass collaborative manufacturing, and set the highly efficient sharing and mass collaboration of manufacturing service under the Internet environment as the research objective, and focus on overcoming the obstacles of mass collaborative manufacturing like heterogeneity among resources, semantic multiplicity, interoperability among services, self-organization of nodes, dynamic network, and mass collaboration. It proposes the mass collaboration-oriented cross-domain manufacturing resource modeling methodology, the hierarchical framework of self-organized dynamic network, the collaborative discovery methodology, and the dynamic evaluation methodology of manufacturing services. It aims to build a semantic model and a network framework which can support the seamless integration, semantic interoperability and automated tasks of mass distributed heterogeneous manufacturing resources, and develop a mass collaboration-oriented prototype system for self-organized collaborative discovery and dynamic evaluation of manufacturing services and validate the system through practical application. As the frontier of multi-crossed disciplines such as manufacturing, information and computer, the project will play an important role in not only improving manufacturing resources allocation efficiency and overall competitiveness but also promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in China.
