中文摘要: 智能电网下配电系统将具备通过配电网络快速转供变电站负荷的新边界条件,为建立配电系统供电能力(Total Supply Capability,简称TSC)理论提供了基础。项目将借鉴输电能力理论进行供电能力的建模和机理研究,内容包括两方面:(1)建立严格的TSC模型和精确计算方法,解决负荷转移离散性、主变或馈线控制变量选择、N-X扩展等模型问题;(2)研究TSC基本性质和机理。目前国内外均未形成与输电能力对应的供电能力理论,公开发表的供电能力指标族、定义、模型、求解和应用等前期研究大部分都是申请人和项目成员在国内外主流期刊上首先提出的。本项目是建立供电能力理论体系的基础性和原创性工作,具有重要的科学意义;同时切合了目前智能电网背景下大规模城市建成区复杂配电系统科学规划发展的重大需求,将为智能配电系统的规划、建设、运行提供新的理论工具。

英文摘要: The future distribution system of smart grid will possess fast network transfer capability, which means load can be transferred from one substation to others through feeders with tie-lines. The fast network transfer capability will bring significant changes to future distribution system operation, which is one of main motivation of the theory of Total Supply Capability (TSC).TSC for distribution systems is comparable to the Total Transfer Capability (TTC) for transmission systems. This project will focus on the modeling and mechanism of TSC; and main contents include: (1) to set up vigorous TSC models and accurate calculation methods, which consider discrete load transfer, control variables selection in feeders or transformers and N-X expansion; (2) basic characteristics and mechanism of TSC. The TSC theory for distribution system has not set up yet; and most of pilot research papers on TSC including its indices family, definition, model, solution and applications are first proposed by the project applicants in main domestic and international journals. The proposed research on TSC is not only original and with great scientific innovation, but also to meet the practical needs for planning and development of future distribution systems.
