中文摘要: 本项目提出了集高度计、波谱仪、散射计三种观测模式为一体的多功能微波遥感器技术,并基于仿真技术开展数据处理方法研究。在综合权衡确定工作频段及相应雷达参数的基础上,开展服务于海面回波仿真的多入射角海面后向散射机制研究,多入射角、多观测机制下的海面风浪场信息提取技术研究,基于风浪场的卫星测高海况偏差修正技术研究。实现单一遥感器对海面风场、海面浪场、海面高度的同步观测,同时进一步提高卫星测高精度,迈出这种新型多功能微波遥感器关键技术突破的第一步。

英文摘要: Multi-function microwave remote sensor which integrates the functions of altimeter, ocean wave spectrometer and scatterometer has proposed and researched the data process methods with simulation technology. On the basis of selected operational frequency and radar parameters, the backward scattering mechanism in multi-incident angle that used in the simulation of sea surface echo, the information extraction technique of sea surface wind field and wave field under multi-incident angle and multi-observation mechanisms, the sea state bias correction method of altimetry with wind-wave field, has studied. So, through the multi-function microwave remote sensor, we can measure the sea surface wind field, wave field and sea surface height simultaneously, and can further improve the precision of satellite altimetry. Take the first step on the key technology breakthrough of the new multi-function ocean microwave sensor.
