中文摘要: 振动是影响水电机组安全、稳定运行的最重要因素之一。过大的振动会缩短机组设备的使用寿命,甚至可能引发严重的机组毁坏事故,造成重大的经济损失。随着水电机组单机装机容量和水头的不断提高,机组的振动问题日益突出,已经成为亟待解决的重要课题之一。本项目拟利用转子动力学等建模理论与数值仿真技术,建立水电机组轴系动力学模型。将仿真结果和真实机组的振动试验结果进行对比分析,展开致力于水电机组振动故障机理的阐明以及诊断的研究。具体的研究内容包括:(1)水电机组实用振动仿真模型的建立与修正;(2)基于仿真结果和振动试验数据对比分析的振动故障机理探讨;(3)展开基于仿真模型的振动故障诊断技术研究。研究成果对于振动故障机理的阐明、振动故障的诊断以及状态检修技术的实现都具有重要的意义和研究价值。

英文摘要: Vibration is one of the most important factors affecting the safety and stable operation of hydro-turbine generator units. Excessive vibration can cause fatigue damage to the unit equipment and shorten the life of units, and may even lead to a serious damage accident, resulting in significant economic losses. With the continuous improvement in water head and single-machine capacity, vibration problems of the hydro-turbine generator units are increasingly prominent and have become key issues to be solved in the hydropower industry. The project intends to establish a dynamic model of the shaft system of hydro-turbine generator units by using the rotordynamics modeling theory and numerical simulation technology. Comparing the simulation results with real unit vibration test results, efforts are devoted to the illustration of the vibration failure mechanism of hydro-turbine generator units and the diagnosis of the vibration failures. The specific contents including:(1) The establishment and updating of a practical vibration model of hydro-turbine generator units;(2) Illustration of the vibration failure mechanism based on the comparative analysis of simulation and vibration test results; (3) Investigation of the model based technology of the vibration failure diagnosis.
