中文摘要: 随着风电,特别是海上风电的发展,风电机组单机容量越来越大,这对发电机可靠性和性能/价格比的要求越来越高。而目前在大型风电机组中广泛应用的变速恒频有刷双馈发电机的可靠性和永磁同步发电机的性能/价格比,已不能很好满足这一发展趋势的客观要求。无刷双馈发电机具有无刷可靠、便于实现变速恒频和低速直驱,以及所需变流器容量小、成本低等突出优点,在大型海上风电系统中应用前景广阔。为更好地提高该种发电机的功率密度、风电转换效率和发电质量,本项目首次提出了一种具有新型复合转子和开绕组结构的无刷双馈风力发电机及其直接功率控制系统,拟对新型转子结构的优化、控制绕组开绕组励磁控制技术和直接功率控制策略等关键基础问题进行全面深入的研究,通过理论与实验研究,形成该种发电机及其控制系统完整的理论体系和分析设计方法。本项目研究不仅对推动无刷双馈发电机的实际应用具有重要工程应用价值,而且所解决的学术问题亦具有重要的科学意义。

英文摘要: With the development of wind power generation, especially off-shore wind farm, the unit capacity of wind turbines is becoming larger and larger, which has higher and higher requirement on the reliability and performance-price ratio of generator. But the reliability of variable speed constant frequency (VSCF) brush doubly-fed generator and the performance-price ratio of permanent magnet synchronous generator, which are widely applied to large wind turbines, can not well satisfy the objective requirements of this trend at present. Brushless doubly-fed generator (BDFG) has the outstanding advantages of brushless reliability, easiness to implement VSCF and low-speed direct-drive, small capacity of required converter, low cost and so on, which has a broad application prospect in large off-shore wind farm system. This project proposes a kind of open-winding brushless doubly-fed wind power generator with novel hybrid rotor and its direct power control system to improve the power density, wind power conversion efficiency and generation quality of this generator for the first time.
