中文摘要: 中医正骨手法难教难学阻碍着中医正骨的传承与发展。本项目利用三维重建、虚拟仿真、有限元分析和无线传感器网络等技术,建立虚拟正骨手法临床训练系统,有助于中医正骨手法的学习。本项目的主要研究内容是:①利用骨折三维重建数据建立三维虚拟仿真骨折模型,并制作与其一致的实体骨折模型;②在实体骨折模型上搭建无线传感器网络,采集正骨过程中的各种变化参数;③将采集到的数据作用于三维虚拟仿真骨折模型,建立与实体骨折模型的联动机制;④建立骨折的三维有限元模型进行生物力学分析,明确正骨手法的力效关系;⑤在实体骨折模型上采集多次正骨过程的力度变化参数,绘制标准解剖复位过程力度曲线。本项目旨在改变传统中医正骨手法教学模式,使在实体骨折模型上进行的正骨手法训练过程,能同时在三维虚拟仿真骨折模型上准确、直观地呈现,操作者能够时刻观察到自己正骨手法的复位效果,并能及时调整正骨手法,从而提升中医正骨的医疗水平。

英文摘要: The technique of traditional Chinese bone-setting is difficult to teach and difficult to learn, which impedes the inheritance and development of it. The project uses three-dimensional reconstruction, virtual simulation, finite element analysis, and wireless sensor networks etc. to create a virtual bone-setting clinical training system that helps learning traditional Chinese bone-setting skills. The main research content are as follows: ①the use of three-dimensional reconstruction data of fracture to establish a three-dimensional virtual simulation model of fracture and then make a physical fracture model; ②build a wireless sensor network on the physical fracture model and collect the various changed parameters during bone-setting process; ③apply the collected data to the three-dimensional virtual simulation model of fracture, and establish a linkage mechanism between the virtual fracture model and the physical one; ④ build a three-dimensional finite element model of fracture for biomechanical analysis, and make clear the relationship between strength and effect for orthopedic practices;⑤ collect multiple strength variation parameters from fracture model during bone-setting procedures , and plot standard anatomical process intensity curve. The project aims to change the traditional teaching model of bone-setting techniques, making the training process of bone-setting skills on physical fracture model to accurately and intuitively presented on three-dimensional virtual simulation fracture model. The operators can observe their own orthopedic practices reset effect, and timely adjust orthopedic practices, therefore enhancing the level of traditional Chinese bone-setting techniques.
