中文摘要: 嵌段共聚物在选择性溶剂中会形成以不溶性链段为核,溶剂化链段为壳的胶束。溶液中大部分体积为可溶性链段,不溶性链段处于受限状态,此时射线引发的单体自由基应更多与可溶性链段接枝共聚反应从而形成嵌段共聚物上选择性接枝,达到对嵌段共聚物定向改性的目的。本项目通过伽马射线引发,在SB类嵌段共聚物溶解在选择性溶剂中形成特定胶束后接枝极性单体,研究证实,极性官能团单体接枝共聚确实主要以舒展的可溶性嵌段部位为主,与项目推测一致。选择性接枝可以设计嵌段共聚物的结构,使其特定嵌段性能改进,为拓宽嵌段聚合物的应用奠定基础。项目执行期间,还开展了SB类嵌段聚合物在选择性溶剂中辐射交联固定化,SB类嵌段聚合物辐射接枝极性官能团单体后作为通用高分子增溶剂、SB类嵌段聚合物接枝极性官能团单体提高其抗氧化性能及与沥青共混制备性能优良的高粘度改性沥青、辐射接枝特定极性单体改性天然或合成高分子聚合物等相关工作,均取得了良好的效果。

英文摘要: The block copolymer dissolving in selective solvent can form micelles structures with a core composed of insoluble segment and a shell of soluble segment. In this structure, most of the volume for the solution is occupied by soluble segment, but the insoluble segment is in a state of restriction. Therefore, those radicals produced by gamma-ray should be easier to react with the soluble chain of block copolymer and selective grafting reaction will be obtained, thus achieve modified block copolymer with polar functional group in specific segment. By gamma-ray initiating, we studied the graft reaction with polar monomer in specific micelles formed by polystyrene-block-polybutadiene type block copolymers dissolved in selective solvent. Finally, the experiment results confirmed that the graft copolymerization of polar functional group monomer was indeed mostly occurred in the soluble segments, which is consistent with the project assumption. The selective grafting reaction can design the structure of the block copolymer, thus improve its performance and lay the foundation for expanding the application of modified block copolymer. During the period of this project operation, moreover, the other studies were also carried out, such as the study on immobilized SB copolymer micells sturcture in selective solvent by gamma-ray radiation crosslinking, the study on the general polymer solubilizer obtained by radiation induced graft polar functional group monomer onto SB-type block copolymer, the study on improved thermo-oxidative stability of grafted SB-type block copolymer with polar functional group monomer and its application in improved performance high-viscosity modified asphalt and the study on radiation induced graft specific polar monomer onto natural and synthesis polymer. Many progresses in these studies mentioned above have been achieved.
