中文摘要: 柔性热电器件具有抗弯折、耐用性强等优点,可用于穿戴设备,应用前景广阔。碲化铋是目前室温性能最佳的热电材料,但其柔性较差,在薄膜器件的应用上受到限制。对层状热电材料进行有机插层被证明是一种可以提高柔性并优化热电性能的手段。基于此,本项目拟建立一种碲化铋基有机插层超晶格材料的制备方法,系统研究插层分子种类、分子量、极性、超晶格界面等对碲化铋插层材料的结构与热电性能的作用机制,实现对所得超晶格复合材料微结构与热电性能的有效调控。

英文摘要: Flexible thermoelectric devices have advantages such as anti-bending, high durability, which can be used for wearing equipment, thus owning wide application prospects. Bismuth telluride materials have the best room-temperature thermoelectric properties, but its flexibility is very low, which limits its application in thin film devices. Organic intercalation at layered thermoelectric materials have been proved to be effective in concurrent improvement in flexibility and thermoelectric properties. Herein, a new preparation method of bismuth telluride-based organic intercalated superlattice material is proposed. The effect of organic intercalation molecule type, polarity, intercalation order and superlattice interface on the structure and properties of bismuth telluride is to be systematically investigated, so to fine tune its micro-structure and thermoelectric properties.
