中文摘要: 碲镉汞近年来一直是红外探测器技术发展的最重要的材料,但是目前常用的硬质单晶和非晶衬底材料已无法满足第三代红外焦平面列阵探测器器件发展的要求,成为阻碍碲镉汞红外探测器件性能进一步改善质量和降低成本的瓶颈。本项目拟采用石墨烯作为碲镉汞薄膜生长的载体,制备石墨烯基碲镉汞薄膜复合材料,并进一步将石墨烯基碲镉汞薄膜剥离、转移,以实现晶态碲镉汞薄膜在非晶、金属及柔性衬底上的外延。同时对石墨烯基碲镉汞薄膜及其转移之后的内部结构、缺陷和各项物性以及变化进行全面系统的分析总结,探索其可能出现的新的或拓展的协同效应,得到其演化规律及形成机制的理论依据。本项目的研究结果将为石墨烯基可转移碲镉汞薄膜器件化提供实验数据和理论参考,为碲镉汞红外探测器的进一步发展提供新的发展思路,对我国的科技、工业、医疗和国防等方面的发展都具有十分重要的意义。

英文摘要: In recent years, Mercury cadmium telluride (Hg1-xCdxTe, MCT) has always been an important material for the infrared detector technology. However, the most common substrate materials, including hard, single crystal and amorphous substrate material, can not meet the development requirements of the third-generation infrared focal plane array detector device, and this bottleneck problem is a direct effect of reducing cost and further improving the quality of MCT infrared detector performance. In this project, we will use graphene as the carrier of MCT thin films to prepare the graphene-based MCT thin films, further peel the graphene-based MCT thin films and then transfer them to the foreign substrate materials in order to achieve the crystalline MCT thin film epitaxially grown on amorphous, metal and flexible substrates. The structure, defects, properties and varieties of the graphene-based MCT thin films and the transferred MCT thin films will be summarized and analysed. The possible new and synergistic effects will be explored. The theoretical basis of the variation law and the formation mechanism will be studied. The research results of the project will provide the experiment data and the theoretical references to the transferable graphene-based MCT thin film devices and provide the new ideas for the further deve
