中文摘要: 基于环状主体分子的新型超分子体系的构筑始终是超分子化学发展的推动力和重要内容,探索合成新的环状主体分子并研究其功能始终是超分子化学家的重要任务。二氮芳辛是一类具有独特三维结构的刚性分子,其独特的结构特点使得二氮芳辛在构筑大环主体分子方面具有潜在的研究价值,但这方面的相关研究尚未见报道。在本研究组前期研究工作的基础上,本课题拟合成双官能化的二氮芳辛衍生物,通过炔-炔偶合(Hay-coupling)、醛-胺缩合以及Suzuki-Miyaura偶合等方法使二氮芳辛自身偶合或与咔唑等芳香片段偶合,构筑一类基于二氮芳辛类大环的新型超分子体系。该类大环分子具有富电子的空腔,空腔大小可以随着成环片段的变化而变化,可能对富勒烯、联吡啶盐等缺电子客体分子具有识别作用。本项目的开展对于合成新型大环主体分子、构筑新的超分子体系并开展主客体化学研究具有重要的意义。

英文摘要: The design and synthesis of new classes of macrocyclic host molecules with inner cavities is always an interesting and exciting research topic in supramolecular chemistry, and chemists still pay much attention to constructions of new macrocyclic molecules and their applications in molecular recognition. Diazocines, a class of molecules with unique rigid structures, may have potential applications in constructions of macrocyclic hosts. However, to our knowledge, diazocines have not been utilized in supramolecular chemistry till today. Therefore, we design a series of diacocine-based macrocyclic molecules with inner cavities, which may have applications in recognition towards fullerenes, paraquat salts and so on. We believe that this project could open the door for constructions of new diazocine-based macrocyclic hosts and their applications in host-guest chemistry.
