中文摘要: 功能磁共振成像(fMRI)技术已经广泛应用于人脑功能的研究中,并取得了大量重要的研究成果。动物实验在许多探索性的脑功能研究中具有不可替代的作用,如新药的研发、发病机制的研究等。然而,活体动物在进行脑成像时必须对其进行持续的麻醉,因此,fMRI难以对其正常的脑功能活动进行研究。近几年发展起来的锰增强磁共振成像技术(MEMRI)使用锰离子作为示踪剂,在注射药物后的一段时间内保持被试动物正常的生理活动或给予其任务刺激,在此期间功能活动越活跃的区域锰离子的沉积就越多,其图像强度就越高。因此,MEMRI记录的是被试动物清醒状态下的脑功能活动,完全消除了麻醉对神经系统的影响。随着MEMRI越来越多的应用于动物脑功能研究中,如何对成像数据进行有效的数据分析成为亟待解决的问题。因此,本课题将以小鼠为研究对象,建立适用于小鼠MEMRI脑成像的数据分析算法及软件平台;并使用阿兹海默症疾病动物模型进行算法评估。

英文摘要: Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) has been widely used for the investigation of human brain function. Imaging experiments of animals play an important role in the study of brain function, for example, new drug development, mechanism investigation and so on. However, anaesthesia is requisite in imaging experiment of animals. Therefore, the brain function of animal can hardly be studies using fMRI. Recently, manganese(Mn2+)-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MEMRI) employ the Mn2+ as the imaging tracer.The animals were keeping sober or given stimulate after Mn2+ injection. In the meantime, Mn2+ are gathered in the active functional regions, where the image intensity is high in MEMRI. Therefore, the anaesthesia influence of the brain function could be eliminate in MEMRI imaging. When the MEMRI has been used widely in brain function stuides of animal, how to perform data analysis has been more and more important. Therefore, in this study, data analysis method and platform of MEMRI imaging of mouse brain will be established. And the modal of Alzheimer's Disease will be used to evaluate the constructed method and platform.
